Our goal is to make a positive contribution to the areas we serve by providing safe, affordable, low-emission transportation, while investing in our drivers and giving back through charitable causes.


All LoCal Rides drivers will earn above industry-standard fare splits, with Electric Vehicle (EV) drivers earning a larger share. We also pledge to donate a minimum 1% of our profits to local causes. We ensure that our drivers are protected under state law, and are paid a living wage.
